Brand Identity, Brochure, Marketing Collateral

This D.C. Chinatown building received a luxurious rebrand, the highlight of the project being an oversized statement brochure which features a double gatefold, gold foil against high-gloss black, and stunning photography by Sam Kittner. While individual availability and location flyers needed to be printed in-house to suit the variable content, they hold the same dimensions as the folded brochure to form one unified package.

The specialty print jobs did not stop at the brochure: I also worked closely with the printer to create three series of promotional scratch-off card mailers. E-mail invitations, tickets, marketing boards, table cards, and promotional swag were additionally designed for a broker luncheon held on the building's rooftop.
