I was asked to redesign this passport-sized trifold brochure for a tenant advisory team. There was a lot of content to be condensed into a small amount of space, so layout, color, and lineweight needed to be carefully considered in order to keep the brochure from feeling overstuffed and overwhelmed. Color was pared down from the original brochure, and graphics turned more minimalist to increase the whitespace on the page.
